If there’s a sizing issue due to incorrect measurements, we’ll provide a free adjustment.
Please note: Refunds are not offered for sizing corrections.

3. Custom Orders

Items made specifically to your preferences or measurements are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

When you place an order with Hawazen Abayat, you agree to the following:

1. Custom Order Timeframe

Custom abayas take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for production and delivery.
Timeframes may vary slightly during busy periods or based on fabric availability.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
This covers material and labor costs. If you cancel your order after confirmation, the deposit will not be returned.
